Board of Directors

Four seats. One duty: steward the mission with integrity.

Our governance structure separates executive leadership, financial oversight, secretarial compliance, and community outreach—so decisions stay clear, documented, and donor-aligned.

Governance Structure

People who hold the helm and the ledger.

JAHAZI CHARITY’s Principal Officer is Jeilani Athman. The board works through annual conflict-of-interest disclosures, calendar-year financial review, and program oversight tied to our public charity purpose.

How We Govern

Policies that protect beneficiaries and donors alike.

Board members affirm our conflict-of-interest policy each year through the public portal on the About page. Financial decisions require Treasurer review; program expansions require outreach impact notes; and material vendor relationships are disclosed before approval.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share donor contact information with third parties. Privacy is treated as a governance obligation—not a marketing asset.

Accountability

Leadership is measured by what the public can verify.
